ADM is the UK licensed reseller of dispersion modelling software (AERMOD, ROADs, Calpuff, ISC etc) produced by Trinity Consultants. These models are used widely in the UK and overseas. A full range of hazard dispersion models are also available.
David Harvey is a Director of ADM Ltd, which he founded in 1997 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Air Quality Management (IAQM). He has 30 years of specialist air quality experience and has extensive knowledge of all aspects of air quality assessments, odour assessments, dispersion modelling and monitoring. He has detailed and specialised knowledge of current modelling and assessment requirements in the UK and has worked on many projects in other countries. David Harvey has given expert evidence at Public Inquiries on odour, dust and air quality and has prepared evidence for a House of Commons Select Committee and the High Court.
Carl Hawkings is a resourceful team player who works well under pressure. He has extensive experience of project and contractor management, environmental, social and health impact assessments. He has specialist knowledge in air quality management. From 1986 – 2000 he worked for ERM on a wide variety of projects in many sectors (e.g. transport, infrastructure, mining and minerals, oil and gas, incineration, power, cement.) Since starting work for ADM Ltd he has worked on a variety of short and long term secondments to clients such as The World Bank (Compliance and Ombudsman), Royal Dutch Shell and Arup. He has worked in over 20 countries worldwide.
ADM’s meteorological data services are supported by Dr Erwin Prater who is a Certified Consulting Meteorologist (CCM) with over 20 years experience.
